Booking Terms

Please ring or see online for prices and availability.

Confirm booking with a non returnable deposit cheque of 25% of the total cost.

Cheques to be made payable to HAYE FARM HOLIDAYS.

Balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.

We confirm to you receipt of deposit and balance together with details of how to find us.

Cancellations must be made in writing.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Properties are available at 3PM on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10AM on the day of your departure.

We would be grateful for properties to be left clean & tidy.

Please note smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our accommodation.

All prices are fully inclusive of towels, linen & electricity.
