Wow, what a hidden gem in Lyme Regis which is very walkable to the town centre/coast. My family and friends had a wonderful relaxing time at the very spacious cabin and well equipped cabin. Very much looking forward coming back next year if possible. Especially to see our little new friends the goats who were our neighbours during our day. Highly recommended for people who want to enjoy peaceful nature and the beautiful town of Lyme Regis and neighbouring coastal towns.
This really is a very lovely lodge in a very lovely location – a perfect spot for our family to explore Lyme Regis on foot, and Seaton, Charmouth, Colyton and beyond with the car for a few days. We had the most lovely time. The walk down to Lyme and up to UpLyme being a particular highlight – its almost magical along the Lim. The space was spacious and clean and fully equipped, everything catered for, and the view from the terrace just stunning. Kids loved horses and goats and swings. We loved the peace. Would visit again in a heartbeat.
Extremely happy with the Hayloft. Can not fault anything. Clean, comfortable & superb views. Peaceful location. Perfect for our pooch. Riverside walk to Lyme Regis & Uplyme. Takes about 20 minutes. Good communication from Richard the host. Definitely recommend & would visit again.
The accommodation was absolutely lovely and in a stunning, quiet location!
We loved our stay at the Goat House, a really peaceful environment, surrounded by nature and beautiful walks. The cottage is comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay and the lovely hosts are right there if you need anything.
The town is accessible easily, just a very enjoyable river walk away. We ended up not using our car at all which was great.
Ideal location for dog owners.
Lots of beautiful birds to spot and hear as well, a true joy for all the family!

The lodge was absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous views across the valley, quiet and tranquil. Absolutely spotless and just as described. We would definitely like to visit the area and stay here again.
With directions the accommodation was easy to find, and absolutely no parking issues with a large parking area. Access to the main roads was easy.
To Richard and his wife, thank you so much for letting us stay, you have been fantastic hosts, hope to see you both again in the not distant future.
We had a great experience staying at Richard’s place. It has beautiful views and the river walk to the town centre is just few steps away from the cottage. Richard is a lovely host, always helping with all our requests.
We loved our stay at Haye Farm! The cabin was very cozy, and the view is gorgeous. We enjoyed the river walk into town. The kids loved playing on the swings with other guests’ children. We will absolutely stay again. Thanks Richard!
An excellent property set in a beautiful location close to Lyme Regis.
Richard was a good and responsive host and we enjoyed our stay in his well equipped lodge. The 15 minute walk along the River Lyme to the centre of Lyme Regis was delightful.
Loved our stay – photos don’t do it justice. Stunning views and lovely walk into Lyme Regis. Cabin had everything you could need, was very spacious, spotless and warm.
Our 5 year old loved feeding Rosie the goat some carrots who came to say hello every day.
Loved our stay in the rainy Feb half term – enough to do in Lyme in the rain but would be even better in the sunshine so will definitely be back.
We’ve just had an absolutely superb Christmas week at Willow Lodge. My wife and family have always been away for Christmas and this year we were delighted to spend it in this outstanding lodge. It was warm, cosy, spacious, modern and really did feel like home. The hosts were fantastic, and even put up beautiful Christmas decorations and left us with a lovely bottle of Prosecco and short bread biscuits. They were friendly and helpful and made us all feel really welcomed. The location is stunning and we enjoyed many walks, runs and cold water sea dips! We will definitely be returning to this delightful lodge and would like to thank Richard and his wife for everything this week. The Dawkins-Wall Clang
Really nice lodge in a beautiful location. The children’s play area was much appreciated by our little ones.
A perfect location for our multi-generation holiday. The cottage was comfortable, well equipped and in a perfect location.. From our sitting room window there was a spectacular view over the fields down to the riverside walk. It was rural and quiet but just a short walk to beaches, fossil hunting and all the attractions of Lyme.Regis. Like many visitors before us ( according to the Visitor’s Book) we shall be back for a return visit.

Our first visit to Lyme Regis and to this property. What a find! Beautiful surroundings with great views and lovely walks made this a fantastic location. Our host was really helpful and friendly, offering lots of local knowledge. We stayed in the Hayloft which is accessed via some external stairs. The accommodation suited us perfectly and we highly recommend this as an excellent location to base yourself, whether walking locally or touring the Dorset/Devon area. The owners have a number of holiday lets to choose from.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The space was perfect for our family of 4. They even had a playset outside for our kids to play on. The space was clean and well equipped. Richard and his wife were very welcoming and communication was great. The location was a bit outside of town, but the walk into town was so beautiful, and manageable (about a mile). We wouldn’t have been able to experience that part of the countryside without staying just a bit outside of town, and we are happy we did. Once in town, it was so easy to get around. We would definitely love to stay again.

A great place to stay.
Very comfortable and lovely views. Friendly atmosphere. Richard and Michelle were very helpful. An easy walk by the river to Lyme, although it did take us a little longer than suggested due to our age. Good base to visit places within 30 minute drive. Thoroughly recommend and we hope to stay there next year
I had an excellent stay in the stable cottage apartment and very much enjoyed Lyme Regis.
There were good views from the apartment the cottage was clean and tidy and I had a very good nights sleep here. The place was noise free in a good location and I would recommend a stay there.
